The Bill (Reg. No.2331) aims at enhancement of legislation on privatization; formation of clear-cut, effective and stable legal base in the field of privatization; achievement of transparency and openness of privatization process; settlement of problematic issues concerning privatization conducted in previous years.
Inter alia, the Bill defines the procedure of privatization of public property objects; regulates the process of predicted tasks; establishes methods of pre-privatization preparation of public property objects; defines restrictions regarding disposal and use of property under privatization. The Bill enhances the mechanism of State control over realization of the purchase contracts concluded in the period of privatization.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to bring forward the Bill on amendments to the Law "On the List of Objects subject to Privatization".
